Dr. Dejan Maksimovic is a Family Medicine Physician with Carle Health. In addition to his medical practice, he finds great fulfillment in educating future family physicians. He brings his professional expertise along with skills in networking and a personal passion for woodworking to his role on the Morton Community Foundation board.

Dejan and his wife, Jane, have one daughter, Ava, and are proud to call Morton home. He believes there is no greater gift than giving—whether it’s time, wisdom, or something made especially for someone—and serving on the board allows him to give back to the community in meaningful ways.
