Morton Education Fund

Investing in Education for Morton’s Future

The Morton Education Fund is one of the original endowment funds established by the Morton Community Foundation in 2000 as part of our Founders Campaign. Its purpose is to support educational initiatives in the Morton area, including public, private, and parochial schools.

This fund provides flexibility to address a wide range of educational needs—both current and future—helping students and educators succeed.

Why It Matters

Education is the cornerstone of a strong community. By contributing to this fund, you help ensure that schools and educational programs have the resources to thrive, from classroom tools and technology to innovative learning opportunities and student enrichment programs.

Because this is an endowed fund, your gift is invested permanently, and only the earnings are used to make grants—ensuring long-term impact for generations to come.

How This Fund Helps

  • Classroom resources and educational technology

  • Teacher development and training

  • Student enrichment programs and extracurricular opportunities
