Jeff King is retired from State Farm, where he worked in Corporate Systems Management, bringing a wealth of financial expertise gained from 20 years in banking and 20 years at State Farm. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Eastern Illinois University and has earned both the ChFC and CLU designations. With a strong network in the community and a passion for the Morton Community Foundation’s mission, Jeff enjoys planning, organizing, and executing projects that benefit all involved.
An active member of Blessed Sacrament Parish and School, Jeff has served as volunteer Athletic Director for the past six years. He and his wife, Mickey, have been married for 36 years and are the proud parents of three children—Michael, Molly, and Patrick—and grandparents to one grandson, Charlie. Jeff believes deeply in the Foundation’s role in improving quality of life today and for generations to come, and is inspired by the knowledge that the work of the MCF staff, board, and supporters will impact the community forever.
