Apostolic Christian LifePoints
Endowment Fund

Purpose

This Agency Fund was started in April of 2026 by the agency itself to provide ongoing annual financial support, helping sustain and enhance its Christ-centered care, residential services, and life-enriching programs for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Supporting Compassionate, Christ-Centered Care

Since its founding in 1971, Apostolic Christian LifePoints has been dedicated to serving adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities through high-quality care in a Christian environment. Their mission is rooted in a simple but powerful calling: serving according to God’s purpose.

At LifePoints, every individual is valued as a person of dignity and potential. Through personalized care, training, and support, residents are empowered to grow in independence, build relationships, and experience a meaningful quality of life.

A Legacy of Care That Continues

From residential facilities like Timber Ridge, Oakwood Estate, and Linden Estate to community-based living programs, LifePoints provides a full continuum of care tailored to each individual’s needs. Services include daily living support, therapy, vocational training, and community integration opportunities, all designed to help individuals achieve their fullest potential.

What makes LifePoints especially meaningful is its commitment to serve regardless of an individual’s ability to pay, ensuring that compassionate care is accessible to those who need it most.

Why an Endowment Fund Matters

The Apostolic Christian LifePoints Endowment Fund provides a permanent source of support to sustain this important mission for generations to come.

Gifts to this fund help:

  • Strengthen long-term financial stability

  • Support ongoing care and residential services

  • Enhance programs that promote independence and dignity

  • Ensure future residents continue to receive exceptional, faith-based care

Like all endowed funds at the Morton Community Foundation, contributions are invested for long-term growth, with annual distributions providing reliable, ongoing support.

A Lasting Impact

At its heart, LifePoints is about caring because God cares, a mission lived out daily through compassion, advocacy, respect, excellence, and safety.

By supporting this endowment fund, donors play a direct role in continuing that legacy, helping ensure that individuals with disabilities are not only cared for, but truly valued, supported, and given the opportunity to thrive.
