Financial Info
The assets of the Morton Community Foundation are managed by the Community Foundation of Central Illinois (CF of CI), Peoria, IL.
This allows us to pool our investments with a much larger pool, spreading the risk and allowing us a higher rate of return.
The Morton Community Foundation (MCF) is a vehicle through which individuals, companies, foundations, and charitable organizations are able to make gifts and bequests to benefit the community. Income from these gifts, made through the MCF, is used to address a broad spectrum of needs in the community and to set up or add to funds from which grants are made. The MCF is both flexible and permanent in nature, thus assuring donors that the spirit of their gifts will endure.
Donors who endow their gifts can make a difference in their community during their lifetime and, at the same time, provide a gift that lasts forever.
Thus, the Morton Community Foundation's Board of Trustees is committed to building a strong endowment, guaranteeing a solid future for both the MCF and our community.
