About The Foundation
WELCOME TO THE MORTON COMMUNITY FOUNDATION WEBSITE
This website is designed to help you learn more about the Morton Community Foundation, let you read about some of our previous grant projects, help you with the process of obtaining a grant, and put you in touch with someone from our staff who can answer any questions you may still have.
The Morton Community Foundation was established in 2000 to help make Morton an even better, more vibrant place to live. The Foundation is involved in key program areas such as: Education, Parks & Recreation, The Arts, and Library Services. The Foundaton also has an Unrestricted Fund, allowing its Board of Trustees the latitude to address the most pressing needs of our community today as well as the emerging needs of the next generation.
In addition to providing financial support to community institutions and nonprofit organizations, the Morton Community Foundation also provides a flexible vehicle for donors to contribute to charitable causes.
OUR MISSION
To receive, manage and distribute philanthropic gifts
for the long-term benefit of Morton Area residents
and to help them achieve their philanthropic goals.
